Notes: This was a pre-made costume I picked up on a whim for a Halloween witch-themed party. It ended up being a really well-done nice costume so I'm going to wear this to a convention sooner or later. One day I would love to serious up and make the Tonner Doll Wicked Witch of the West Truly Wicked design.
